Under the Shepherd exists to train pastors in their calling, and assist churches with their mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.  Under the Shepherd partners in the United States with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Illinois Baptist State Association, and globally with Disciple's Village in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, and Action International Ministries  in Malawi, Africa.   My name is Rob Mathis. I have over 40 years experience in pastoral ministry, church planting and pastor training in several countries: The Philippines, Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Malawi...)
